I think there is a few % of votes just in this chat room alone who say they wont be taking up the initial offer. Of course there would be many more outside of Hot Coppper also planning to reject. Resistance from the institutions would be a bonus but possibly not even necessary (will find out about them in coming weeks).
They still need 90%, no way around this.... I think they are probably sitting back in their meeting room already considering their plan B... which may be acknowledgement that shareholders aren't so easily ripped off!!!.... cough up a better offer you pirates!!! or go raid somewhere else!!!
