Thanks for the info hatmopit, is great to keep getting a clearer picture. Are checks issued upon receipt of acceptance offers or after the 19th Sept if they decide to take up the shares.... I imagine they cant keep issuing Holding Statements saying how many shares they now own unless they have actually paid for them... or there a clause in there somewhere allowing this?
I think your right boysy1, they have under estimated the reaction from shareholders... or maybe they expected but just didn't care as the deal was good enough for them.
