I have had a call from representatives of BCP tonight requesting whether I am selling. I have advised "NO". When I said the offer was too low they attempted to find out what level I wanted. I'm not prepared to do their work for them and advised they needed to fully review and come back with higher than what is on the table!
As the closing date is still three weeks away it is interesting they are already phoning around. With only 20.9% in the bank so far I expect they are in trouble.
Whilst everyone needs to make their own decision to meet their own circumstances think hard before you "give" your shares to what (certainly I believe) is their undervalued offer!
