Okay that last trade just proved my suspicions..

50k TPT shares sold at 21.5c ($10.75k) and within a minute (-/+) a trade for 110k JKA shares was made ($9.68k) which transfers to 51.48k TPT shares after conversion. They made a nice little profit from doing absolutely jack squat. Same sort of trade happened earlier but I couldn't be sure.

To be honest I considered it myself.. But then I think to myself I throw away the 50% no tax benefit so its not worth it. But it certainly is tempting if you believe the SP won't ever go green from where you boight TPT at.. Perhaps even some risk management.
