Whoever the new Chairman is lets hope he knows that to list on the ASX you need to be listed on the following web page.

They are really talking it up and we haven't seen anything yet.
I hate to be pessimistic but it isn't like they updated any of us as to what was happening with their company. I do hope shareholders are treated better then we have been whilst unlisted.
Christmas 2011 it was going to be P1 listing. Still they are unlisted. P1 feels really bad about not revealing who their Chairman is.
What about, " We shareholders feel really bad we haven't been shown enough respect to be updated as to the company's status". Who was this mysterious company that was going to offer a full scrip bid for P1? Why can't debit cards be distributed at the moment and show how much money they can bring in?
We had Christmas 2011 listing, Two way tv merger fall through, http://www.twowaytv.com.au/pdf/asx_releases/ASX_Release_Further_Update_on_Proposed_Merger_with_Priority_One20July2012.pdf P1 were going to list in their own right and failed to do so in early 2013, scrip bid with nothing eventuating to the latest talk on facebook.
Come on P1 when will you get it done? I hope you can deliver shareholders a listing in 2014 and we can actually hold a debit card.
That is only the beginning of the journey.
