I had wondered whether the new Chairman of Priority One might be GCN's Richard Li. Trouble is he doesn't meet the specs given in the "Wow Wow Wow!!!" post on

I see that there is a brand new "announcement" at P1's Facebook site that claims P1 has acquired Knockout Live Inc.

There is one snag to verifying this claim. The site at

shows no awareness of this.

Does anybody know of any information to support the Facebook claim for this acquisition?
