Actually I am not saying it is impossible - only that conditions, capital and experience will play a key role. It may be possible in the end if things pan out as we expect but at what price if you don't know how to go about it. I was saying we could probably supply a limited flow cheaper than you could buy it direct.
The deals will certainly not hit the general market nor should they for the sake of stability in the system.
A 'foofer valve' is needed to clean up balance sheets behind the scenes. To buy with the pressure on now does seem extremely high risk now unless you really know what you are doing.
If we can source enough I might be able to spread this around more than I think. Disaster brings opportunity. Without the 'foofer valve' the recovery would take a great deal longer.
