I agree we have the capacity to cut out china if the majority of countries choose to after this crisis. However do not doubt their capacity to goto war if they are pushed in the right way - they would have sufficient reserves to start a campaign to secure critical resources if they so choose.
Do more at home over time and that will reduce china's economic dominance.
