I'm not having a dig, but your post is either short-sighted or disingenuous or both.
You statement basically depends on your purchase price. If you bought aby of the bank shares when they floated what is your dividend yield as a % of your purchase price.
I have colleagues and friends who picked up bank shares at about $5.00 per share many years ago. What's their dividend yield? Each share they own pays for itself in about every two years.
Add to that we haven't seen a "crisis" like this since the 1930's.
Once a dividend policy is established, CER will not be 6.8 cents per share......unless the dividend policy is to not pay a dividend for many many years.
