Exactly my thoughts that CER are in a much better position to return dividends once there overdraft as you may call it is reduced down to 50mill as I mentioned previously in my earlier posts.
This would only a small sale or proportion to their overall holding in assets for this to happen. Even though CER are looking down the barrel of declining retail interest the positive is that they will be able to meet repayments on their debt.
The only really problem that CER has and it's $1bill worth of debt maturing at end of year but with further asset sales and the US economy on the mend it would be forseen that in a low interest environment and new players entering the retail market to fill the gap that there is upside to this story.
