It depends on the dividend policy. I doubt CER is going to have a 100% dividend policy once all the SuperLLC issues are officially sorted 15 Jan.
They may elect to distribute 50% of distributable profit. I dont know what they'll decide but whatever they do decide, distributable income will be the key denominator.
That's how dividend payments were worked out prior to 17 Dec 2007 (when SuperLLC capitalisation problems emerged) and I'm sure that's how they'll be worked out post 15 Jan 2009.
