distribution and tax

Appreciate if someone can pls let me know what's going on re the expected 7.5 c/quarter 'distribution'.

    Is it actually a 'dividend'?

Does it matter if it is a distribution or dividend?

Should we expect any franking tax credits and if so would they be included in the 7.5c?

If I simply use 30c p.a. distribution on a $3.60 SP then it results in an 8.3% yield.

Not bad - but I would take a lower yield to have some of my capital back!
