You can gross that up though by about 10% ie aboutanother half a cent. Withholding tax has been applied to the distribution. I think it is around 10%. So it is a little tax effective. If your marginal tax rate is say 46.5% then really you pay an additional 36.5% and the 10% witholding acts as a rebate. I could be wrong and often am wrong. Please seek suitable advice from a qualified tax professional if you require.
