As a long term APZ holder, i sold yesterday.

I don't understand the timing or the lack of detail by the company. The following is what i sent them in an email today :

"To the board and CEO

Can i say how disappointed i was with the announcement for several reasons.
I was a long term share holder of 80000 shares until yesterday, originally buying at $1.20
I relied on the dividend to fund the cost of the shares having borrowed in better times.

Reasons being :

- The explaination was not comphrensive and did a disservice to shareholders, no detail was
explained, ref some reference in Nov or last year without expanding, poor form, no action costs given.
- It came after a share buyback (why did you do this ??)
- It came near the dividend announcement date and the message title would not have seemed
disturbing to shareholders used to the usual 1.05c announcement, why was not this
worded "Change to quartly dividends" ?

Please respond on the details about why you need the money and how much ?

I may buy again when i am satisfied that the board has regained transparency and respect for
shareholders. I have lodged a complaint with the ASX and will wait to see what comes of it."
