    I thought the record date would be a day before the ex entitlement date. I'm confused because the following dates are given on the announcement on 5th September:

    Stabled unit trade ex entitlement: 10th September
    Settlement: T+3 days (15th September)
    Record Date: 16th September

    Does that mean the last opportunity to buy is tomorrow if you want the 5.25 cents distribution?
