You have a creative intelligence and can clearly identify opportunities. Unfortunately, you are not part of Zoono's senior management, and they do not have the same intelligence by the looks of it. It's common for people to assign their high intelligence or lack thereof to other people. All that you mentioned has merit, but it ain't going to happen because their current management are conservative ego centric baby bookers who think they are the smartest bunch when in fact they're just average. My advice is separate your brilliant ideas from the company and assess the company based on what management puts out. They've missed so many brilliant opportunities last year and chose paths that led nowhere (airways / airports). My personal story about the Russian contract being case in point.
