Just thought I'd sound out a little and see what everyone thinks that CWT's distribution might be for this quarter and indeed for this year? So far the company hasn't released a forecast/predicted full year distribution, but we're due to find out this week what this quarter's distribution will be.

In my opinion, I think it will be the same as the previous quarter (1.2c), with them retaining some earnings to hedge against falling property valuations.
