H, you are fundamentally right but the benefit of this distribution is largely that it improves the balance sheet structure and therefore the return on shareholder equity going forward. Any uninvested cash sitting on the balance sheet or insufficient use of debt can act as a brake on returns. So apart from taking the distribution with pleasure, I look forward to future performance enhancement.
