Yes, in my opinion, they will recover well.
My divi cals in my previous post was wrong, but still attractive forecast at around 4 cents .
Financial position looks strong with >5 times interest cover. Quality core office assets.
Really no need to sell assets now at the bottom of the cycle, they should focus on asset management, retaining and renewing tenants.
With nil refinance pressure, they should now trade closer to NTA, like BWP, DXS.
