Yes the Spire hospitals are the ones who can perform the test, but even on their sites they say that the patient needs to purchase it themselves from the website and bring it with them to the hospital:

Even if it did result in less profit per unit, having them in stock at the hospital would probably move more units and generate more profit overall I would think...
