Thanks. I certainly don't remember any, but if I get some time I'll take look at old ASX announcements. If it's true it must be a very long time ago...... stuff it, I'll look now.
OK, found one in 2008 to a NASDAQ listed company. I only searched from 2003 to 2008 and certainly didn't remember that one. I believe you are right though, the mug punters have never been offered a wee dram until this very cheap offer last week. Fortunately I think we dodged a bullet there in the past, but I'm more than happy with my recent buy. The company fundamentals have improved a huge amount since then and hopefully we will see improved sales and cash flow in the not too distant future to bump the share price up. Time will tell.
