    IMO laguna will look to raise funds soon after initial jorc is released.

    Funds to be used for reasons as defined with prospectus but what sticks in my mind since reading on the last page of the last activities quarterly was the following:

    The Company is also assessing additional opportunities for growth in the Maricunga Gold Belt

    I wonder how big this company is going to be?
