Long time no speak.

Agree that divi has upside potential driven I expect (hope) by Dalrymple coal terminal.

I would have thought Brookfield looking for dividends too - so the scene is hopefully set for a kick along.

Each extra 1c dividend should see a 12-14c/share increase.

So upping the dividend to 38c would hopefully see a return to the $5.08 (or whatever it was) issue price.
