Well they should have been 'off' re those events.

The FDA ignoring them was a bit of a joke (not their fault). They had manufacturing all set up to sell squillions. They spent $millions to ramp up. Then they were not allowed (mind you, I always wondered why the non USA market did not carry the company). In any case the over ramp nearly broke them in the UNramp downscale.

If the CR you talk about was the recent one, that was a bit evil. Not the CR, that is life. But the fact that insiders were promised shares at 7 cents, so they sold LDX down to about 8 cents from 10 cents. They just replaced 10 cents, 9 cents, and 8 cents shares with their promised 7 cent ones. That was a bit on the nose.

Without the 'on the nose event', this really should be 10 cents THEN plus the new $15mill USD IP and develop contract. The quarterly will be an interesting read.
