    money laundering laws and rules to hamper proceeds of crime have been coming into Oz for years

    Oz has been dreadfully behind on money laundering funds via real estate

    Real estate has been awash with the proceeds of organised crime - finally being clamped down on -

    cashing cheques - requiring ID ------ very old hat
