I am hoping they announce some good news on the divvy front, as this will help push the share price along.

If they offer a FULL year divvy of anything $1+, this will place ZFX on a dividend yield of greater than 5.94% or greater (at today's closing price of $16.82).

I don't think there are too many stocks that offer this kind of yield (apart from say TLS or some of the listed property trusts). And fundies and instos will not be able to walk away from such a divvy.

And as you also allude to, with all that cash, they can buy a lot of things, including other companies.
