I quote directly from the annoncement released today,
"While not yet declared, the Board anticipates maintaining the interim dividend at the same amount as last year. The
Company will report its half year results and declare its dividend on 27 February 2009."
How can SSM management not pay the 3.5c dividend after the above annoncement? If they say sorry no divy, wouldn't SSM management get a smack off the exchange for misleading the market RE: "declare its dividend"?
I say SSM will pay divy. Whats everyone else say?
