    I'm in. Large breakout on higher volume into a new 52 week high. On the back of a great half yearly and with the RBAlikely to follow the US's lead which IMO will mean another rate cut.

    Another rate cut = more dividend yield chasers on the ASX AND it means more first homebuyers looking to buy. The double play!
