    Looks like it's still slow and steady.

    The occasional spike, but continuing north east.

    With the property market continuing to go well (and likely dropped interest rates) I see VLW's strategy continuing to bear fruit.

    I live down near Clyde/Casey (which I believe VLW have land at?) and work as a physio. I have multiple patients who run their own blue collar businesses (concreters for example) who have to see me because their body is sore because they can't keep up with demand for all the work in the new estates coming up in the area.

    If anything it hasn't seemed to slow down in 2015, it seems to have picked up.

    I would imagine the other growing areas around melbourne would be experiencing the same explosive growth.
