So, if ARI pays the same div as last year then that is 9 cents divided by 77.5 cents which equals 11.6% yield. (I know I am not working off financial years and just equating the last two dividends)
Since they have not, as yet, detailed any earnings debacle as they did last year on 4 July I must assume that the dividend will either be the same or higher.
