    Sunfly - mid May
    Divan - first week of June

    So we are talking about only a few weeks delay on Sunfly and maybe a week on Divan.

    Both were formerly late April late May .

    Pretty good from my perspective to get on the dart board within a few weeks. Large transformational JV for all involved .
