I agree with you. There is a lot of "laymans" information lacking here which makes it tough for investors to engage in the company, its very messy wading through it all and trying to understand who and what fits where.
However, once it comes clear it makes for a compelling speculative opportunity.

for a $14m mcap company (undiluted) this highly undervalued and should be closer to the 50-60 range just on current fundamentals.
