Its absolutely ridiculous & immature to constantly consider somebody an upramper when they post the positives about a particular stock.
The only reason why negatives exists is because those who bought too high including brokers have manipulated and pushed the SP lower to be able to either exit out after averaging down at 2.6 or they are now prepared for a rise to make profits.
Apart from that nothing else has changed other than China becoming a Hong Kong scenerio.
IMO the foundations have been laid for revenue streams to provide funds to expand & progress.
Its possible some surprises will be revealed at IBC that we are yet to know about,could be why the buyers increase late today.
