It is possible that one of the reasons why things have been a little quiet on the TV2 front over recent weeks is that Divan appears to be busy with other issues at the moment. Given that the Divan partnership is a keystone relationship, this has potential to be troubling.
Translated so may be a little dodgy with the syntax.
Reported February 13
"Russian TV channel "Rain" sued the Ukrainian service Divan.TV online TV. The reason was the duty of the Ukrainian company in the amount of 817 thousand rubles (about 350 000 hryvnia)."

As well as a previous (and separate) issue reported January 18
"One of the few legitimate video services in Ukraine - DIVAN.TV - were millions of debts to television channels, including Fox, History, Eurosport, and a Sony TV. Sony and Eurosport representatives hope to solve the issue peacefully, while Fox History and claims more than one year are considered in the Ukrainian courts.
...
The company Fox International Channels, which is a corporation XXI Century Fox media mogul Rupert Murdoch, through the courts trying to sue the Ukrainian video service DIVAN.TV almost 1.6 million hryvnia for the retransmission of Fox and Fox Life channel. Rightholder DIVAN.TV accuses of violating the obligation to pay royalties stipulated in the contract, for showing these channels to their subscribers."

My personal view is that some serious questions might be needing to be asked.
