I think jimmy is saying 100 million didn't actually want to buy and then when it went back up nobody wanted those either, but inadvertently found themselves buying more at 0.6c due to having breakfast or lunch at the time
Maybe those having afternoon tea will get caught out buying more back up to An even close at 0.7c
