Consumers want lower prices.
Merchants want less fees
The banks want less bnpl fees
The only people wanting to maintain the bnpl fees are the bnpl companies....every side of their business model; competitors; customers, merchants; not one will say yeah let's keep fees high.... Govt need to do right by consumers. Younger generation getting over their head into debts( not zips fault) but let's face it younger people may over commit on purchsseseading to bad news in the papers...
