I read it as at least $60m for the first year "and grow" after that It's just not a set contract like downer which is locked at $40m per year I'm guessing the work ssm are doing is going to vary as time goes on As the network expands, so does their contract price (its just not locked in atm) Unless I'm reading it wrong
