From the weekly chart of WHA shown, two previous clear cases of divergences between Prices and a rate of change indicator as marked, show that in the presence of a Divergence sighted between Price and Rate of change indicator, prices will FOLLOW the indicator.
Thus, for the divergences marked 1 and 2, prices which were going up followed the rate of change indicator downwards after sighting.
We now see that the past few weeks have led to another divergence - while prices are flat and going sideways, the rate of change indicator has begun to move up.
