I also saw the diverging comment. Normally when a budget can not be agreed, parties split. I would guess that the Goviex agreement would not go to BLR. So if this is true, where does BLR get cash to operate the company, pay salaries, pay Colorado permit fees, pay ASX listing costs, attorneys, accountants, and more over the next 3 years? Because HT will not be in production, even if BLR was fully funded, until 2017 at the earliest.
