Certainly little clarifying snippets in there if you want to look at it properly.
One example - the map clearly points to WHERE in the Niger Delta the permits are that we're applying for - and it IS the oil rich Bakassi Peninsula pointed to in the map (someone so eloquently said it was the area that looked like 'dogs balls hanging down')

Some will see early next year as being too long to wait, and others will see the opportunity to accumulate more at these ridiculously cheap prices for what CVI already HAS in the bag!
