Couldn't agree more re your doubts. When I first looked at this co. all I could see was a failed attempt in Ortahaza. I could not see the hype re the proximity to OD as being anything more than hype. OD is on the grid what difference does it make to them where their power comes from.

I have a small holding of TEYO by way of a long shot. I figure the 2010 date on these gives them a bit of room to benefit from a more established industry. Another long shot is CNM but my real money is on GDY and GDYO.
