Kev, no I want be attending the AGM, it really is a pointless waste of otherwise productive time. AGM's are just a formality, as you can see retail shareholders are never considered when it comes to decision making.
In the penny dreadful case the interest is often in line with directors and their mates and with the larger companies the interests lie with large funds and industry super funds
