I got in to this company so when they get some gold out of the ground the shares go up so I make some money now I'm at a big loss. This people like to give it to Diversified Minerals just before they get the gold out of the ground. If Diversified Minerals like to walk away from this deal are very well come to do so it was there idea in the first time. That way UML can get on with there mining business.

I understand your desire for UML to run its own mines for the benefit of its own shareholders and your disappointment with the BOD.
I also understand your financial pain.
However, realistically I think that we are near the end of the line with UML, and with existing committed yes votes (Diversified, BOD, Brahmin) there will be enough others (reluctantly) voting yes and taking the (insufficient, but available) money.

Any other thoughts from HC members?
