Diversified Minerals Making Threads, page-3

I'd like to make known that I'm going to vote no. I am not going to willingly allow my shares to be taken from me. The only reason Diversified Minerals is willing to pay 3.2 cents, is they know the shares are worth much more. Shareholders could accuse the board of directors of not fulfilling their duty of informing the market that the offer is inadequate and not lamely make the comment that there is no other offer. If there is no other offer then why is it necessary to sell the company. It may be that this board just haven't got the stomach to run the company or any company, and if this is so they they should leave the field of company governance.
