I wouldn't worry too much about SC6 prices, its short term, see Roskill Li forecasts in stage 3 scoping study, you will see SC6 prices averages ~US$750 pt through 2032, and Carb/Hydrox prices average US$14k pt. The price forecast line up with the ever increasing demand pull........ we are only at the start of the trend, not the end.
On the sale front, I will rely on management to acheive a fair and equitable deal, therefore, all the duscussion and comparson analysis is pure speculation.
But to speculate a bit, highly likely to be a cash deal, and cash paid will be based on valuation formed from DCF method, not market cap.
