Must admit I thought the "subject to bank approval" was the worst piece of ASX announcement drafting I have seen in a long time. If the bank needs to ratify the percentage of NPAT going out the door to shareholders then run it past them before you put it to the market.
The lack of ASX experience for the Chairman is the biggest hurdle for this company, but at least they are trying.
