Griffon, I have a (probably) over simplistic approach to investing. I compare investors to gamblers. Investors don't need to be sprinters, more like marathoners in fact. Investing in well run companies is more important to me than buying in at the perfect lowest price, though it's nice when that happens. I view NHC like that along with companies like NWH. Investing in quality is more important than 'bottom picking', - and we all know where that leads don't we.
