talking about money, Boral has announced some $3 bn return of Capital so SVW in line to get 2.1 bn back they spent $3.48 bn for 70% stake in Boral, after the capital return it cost them 1.4 bn for 70% of Boral.
Boral stand to make 200 - 300m a year after cost restructure, for 1.4bn they stand to get 150m plus earning out of the business and not counting all the hard land asset Boral hold which could increase substantially in future years.
