Well, from the 3 or so emails I've sent over the past year no reply ever! I doubt anyone is different.
LRF would be a screaming buy except for the fact that the responsible entity treats the unit holds like fools. The reality is, though, that given the way unitholders are treated the market is pricing this about right.
I hold purely as, NTA backing remaining relatively constant, I don't see how I can lose at these levels.
IMO at best it is a long-term buy at these levels with the current "strategy". And that's assuming you don't mind being treated like cow manure.
