they wanted cash for the transaction but ASX ruled it not allowed, why would the not accept equity.. especially given the great value kfor them in our current share price, other than liquidity on their part... remember G McGs last major purchase in BCN was at 3.0 / 3.1c ... so surely the current price must be attractive to him. The only logic i can come up with is that he has debt funded the transaction to acquire the asset and needs to pay that off... just a guess; i may be off the mark.
